Loucha Pathap - ROR APP is a free Android-based mobile application developed by NIC eGov Mobile Apps. It is a Government of Manipur initiative that provides easy and hassle-free access to Jammabandi/ROR (in PDF) through smartphones. It is designed to facilitate landowners, citizens, litigants, banking authorities, and others by providing them with easy access to Jammabandi/ROR. The app also allows users to verify printed Jammabandi with a custom QR/Barcode reader.
To use the app, users need to provide required inputs such as district name, SDC circle name, village name, Dag no, and Patta no.
